General Information
 Boy Scout troop 173 is located in Greece, NY,( a suburb of Rochester, NY.)
We are in the the Northern Lights District of the BSA Otetiana Council .
We have been sponsored by the Greece United Methodist Church,
located at 1924 Maiden Lane, since 1954.

We currently have 20 boys divided into patrols consisting of no more than 8 boys in each patrol.
Most of our leaders are trained: BSA Leader and Red Cross CPR/First Aid.
Several of our leaders are registered merit badge counselors.
Our troop is very active in camping, we try to go camping or hiking at least once a month.
We have earned the Quality Unit award for the year(s) 2002, 2001, 1999, 1997 & 1995 and more
