NOTE: All of our BSA Troop 173 meetings
are held on Monday Nights at the Greece United Methodist Church (GUMC) Located
at 1924 Maiden Lane in Greece,NY from 7:15 to 8:45 PM unless otherwise posted
. Every 2nd Wednesday of the month (or the first Wednesday after the Lighthouse
District Roundtable) our PARENTS & LEADERS Troop Committee Meeting, is
held at 8:00 PM.,in the educational wing of GUMC. See the map on our "About
173 page" for the location
Except where noted, all Pack 173 meetings will
be held promptly at 6:45 PM on the fourth Friday of the the month, at the same
Church. Pack Committee meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month
at 7:00 PM at the Greece United Methodist Church (GUMC)
Roundtable is held at Spencerport High School
Located at 2702 Spencerport Rd (Commissioner meeting will be from 6:45 to 7:15pm.)
7-7:15 Gathering (coffee, fellowship, etc.)
7:20 Welcome/Opening
7:30 Boy Scout and Cub Scout separate sessions
Note: All announcements related to Cub Scouts will be done at the Cub Scout
session,
and all announcements related to Boy Scouts will be done at the Boy Scout session.
8:20 Start closings at separate sessions
8:28 Adjourn to joint session
8:30 Joint announcements, recognition, etc.
8:45 Closing
